At Anjeer Hub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-Day Return Policy under the following conditions:

• Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Return request must include order number and clear proof (photo/video if product issue).

❌ 2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Product has been opened or used.

• Packaging is damaged by customer.

• Return request is made after 7 days.

💰 3. Refund Policy

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

• Refund will be issued via:

  • Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

  • Or adjusted in next order (customer choice)

• Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless mistake is from our side).

📦 4. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• We will replace the product free of cost or issue full refund.
